Who We Are:
The Raven's Hook is an arts and crafts supply store in Sitka, Alaska. We carry supplies for artists and crafters of all types and skill levels: from kids crafts to professional-quality art supplies. Come find yarn, painting supplies, beads, jewelry-making, sewing, kids crafts, sketching tools, and more. We also have a selection of locally-made art and gifts. Special and bulk orders
are accepted.
Porch Fest Art Workshop:
Come decorate a zippered canvas pouch with sharpies and your choice of a variety of fun iron-on vinyl designs! You can use your pouch to carry art supplies, toiletries, toys, or all the stuff you collect during the rest of the day at Porch Fest!
We will have tables set up next to the shop for you to work on your pouches here, or grab a kit to make one at home (requires an iron to use the vinyl designs, but comes with other decoration tools if you do not own an iron). This art activity is family friendly!

Featured Artist: Christina Van Den Hoogan
Christina is an artist, bookbinder, and overall paper enthusiast located in Sitka, Alaska.
"My work celebrates Alaskan nature, contemplative spaces, and unusual materials. Bookbinding is a meditative process that allows me to work with my hands and revel in the materials. I love feeling the textures, both physical and visual, of my materials, which can range anywhere from foraged wasp paper to salmon bones."
